I realized that sadly, FlyAngel’s own layouts beat my premades by a million. Therefore I’ve decided to start sticking with more simple layouts concentrating on CSS and HTML to build up a better coding portfolio rather than splashing on my limited number of self-created brushes and textures. Haha its funny I’m proud of FlyAngel’s layouts but I just want to kick myself when I see my premades. But I’ve created a premade that I’m finally proud of today and it took me hours. Usually I spend a lot of time on the images in Photoshop and a few seconds on the coding (copy & paste from previous layouts haha), but this time I did the opposite and I’m really proud. I’ve been using the site ColourLovers.com again and found a really beautiful palette that I wanted to use for this layout. And here it is:

Thanks to everyone who commented on my last post, although I was too dumb to figure out WordPress and I didn’t realize that the comments were set to be approved first. These past days I thought no one commented but I guess I’m too slow to figure that out.

Other things for updates; I finally got to actually activating that preview and download count thing that goes up by 1 whenever someone previews or downloads a design or graphic. I had that feature before but I don’t know why I took it down. I also allowed the designs to be sorted out into their different types (divs, tables, etc.).

School is starting soon! My last year of high school had better be good. I’m planning to go shopping for new school clothes and a new bag that I’m desperately in need for. I’ve become such a damn shopaholic but I love it. <3 I’m planning to get new Lululemon Be Still pants for gym classes that I’ll be having both semesters and a new Puma bag (and/or?) backpack. I’ve been using a bag all of last year and I was planning to use my Bebe bag for this year but I decided it was too flashy. Maybe a backpack will do, they’re so comfy.
